Abstract
As the digital economy and global policy environment has evolved, the complexity and intersectionality of various digital issues has increased significantly. Privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity law, content moderation, intellectual property, and competition — among others — now overlap and must be addressed in a comprehensive manner. This session will explore this complexity, and how leading organizations are responding.
- Today, most organizations are dealing with digital policy issues that expand beyond privacy. How has your organization integrated privacy, AI governance, cybersecurity law and other digital regulations? Is there a single team that manages, or is it coordinated across teams? What issues are coordinated beyond privacy and AI?
- The trends are changing for managing privacy inside organizations. How are you seeing these changes in your organization? Is your response to digital regulation evolving? How do you see the privacy team changing in the years to come?
- The complexity of global digital regulation can be overwhelming. How does your team stay on top of these changes? What tools do you use to manage?
- What policy change would you most like to see implemented?
